The Celarians said we can have the minerals if we take care of the space thieves.
셀루니아 인들이 우주 도적들을 처리해 주면 광물을 가져가도 된다고 했어요.

Adventurer, thanks for coming with me all the way here on the spaceship.
This Resource Outpost is full of valuable minerals that only grow on the planet of Celarion. But after a bit of research, it seems that these minerals are made up of a similar composition as the equipment that you need, Adventurer!
You need Exploration Device Parts to mine the minerals, and you need the drone-made Battery Packs from Sunken Depths Optimal Lv. or Advanced dungeons to activate the Exploration Device Parts. I borrowed these drones temporarily from Dr. Oracle so there shouldn't be any problems!
If we use the Delta Frontier Orion 11 spaceship that we rode here, it should be easy to retrieve the Battery Packs.
Although we have to gather a lot of Exploration Device Parts to do resource exploration... Wouldn't the probability of finding valuable minerals increase the more you try?

이 자원 전초기지에는 셀루니아 행성에서만 자라는 귀중한 광물이 가득해요. 근데 좀 더 연구해보니 광물들이 모험가님께 필요한 장비와 비슷한 성분으로 이루어져 있는 거 같더군요!
광물을 채굴하려면 탐사 장치 부품이 필요하고, 탐사 장치 부품을 작동시키려면 중천 적정 레벨 또는 상급 던전에서 나오는 드론들의 배터리 팩이 필요해요. 드론들은 오라클 박사님께서 잠시 빌려주셨기에 아마 문제 없을 거에요!
여기까지 타고 온 델타 프론티어 오리온 11 우주선을 이용하면 배터리 팩을 쉽게 회수할 수 있을 거에요.
자원 탐사를 하려면 탐사 장치 부품이 많이 필요하긴 하지만... 탐사를 많이 할수록 귀중한 광물을 찾을 확률이 높아지지 않을까요?

I think we'll need to do some deeper research on the minerals of Celarion and conduct simulations to see if we can make them into actual equipment. And I think I'll be needing more of your help to do it, Adventurer.
You should obtain Search Coins when you clear the Disciple of Doom dungeon, and you can use those to Search in the Mining Research Log!
The simulation equipment that you don't need after Searching can be Disassembled. Using the Craft Points that you obtain from Disassembling, you can get the item that you want out of the simulation equipment available. I hope you get the item you want, [닉네임]!
Keep in mind that the research method isn't perfect yet so the amount of items you can obtain is limited to the number of slots. And please note that the items that appear in the Celarion Resource Outpost will also be added to the Research Log!

종말의 숭배자 던전을 완료할 때마다 리서치 코인을 획득할 텐데, 그걸로 채광 연구 일지에서 탐색을 할 수 있어요!
탐색 후 필요 없는 시뮬레이션 장비는 분해할 수 있어요. 분해해서 얻은 제작 포인트를 사용하면 시뮬레이션 장비에서 원하는 아이템을 제작할 수 있어요. 원하시는 아이템을 얻길 바랄게요, [닉네임]님!
연구 방법이 아직 완벽하지 않아서 얻을 수 있는 아이템의 양은 슬롯 수로 제한된다는 점 명심해주세요. 그리고 셀루니아 자원 전초기지에서 발견되는 아이템도 연구 일지에 추가된다는 점을 유의해 주세요!

Hello Adventurer! I found a tremendous place on planet Celarion, do you want to hear about it?
By chance I came across some shining rocks there and, upon closer inspection, it most certainly looked like it was made of a composition that can be used to make valuable equipment!
This mineral is abundant here on planet Celarion but it seems the Celarians themselves aren't that interested in them. Something about how they were a nuisance that attracted space thieves or something...
So I immediately struck a deal with the Celarians. That we would take care of the space thieves in exchange for these minerals.
It seems you're busy leveling up so come back later once you've reached Lv. 110 and let's go to this Resource Outpost to explore then! See you later!
안녕하세요 모험가님! 셀루니아 행성에서 놀라운 장소를 발견했는데, 한번 들어보시겠어요?
우연히 그곳에서 빛나는 바위들을 발견했는데, 자세히 보니 귀한 장비를 만드는 데 쓸 수 있는 성분으로 이루어진 것처럼 보였어요!
그 광물은 셀루니아 행성에 풍부하지만 셀루니아 주민들 입장에선 별로 관심이 없는 것 같았어요. 오히려 우주 도적들을 끌어들이는 골칫거리라는 얘기를 했던 것 같은데...
그래서 바로 셀루니아 주민분들과 거래를 했죠. 우주 도적들을 처리해주는 대가로 광물들을 받기로요.
레벨업하시느라 바쁘신 것 같으니 110레벨이 되면 다시 와서 자원 전초기지를 탐험해 봐요! 나중에 봐요!
